1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to ph08, an online gaming platform operated under the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines and subject to the supervision of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and ph08 (the "Platform," "Company," "we," or "us").

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the ph08 platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of our services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use ph08 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to:

2.4 Prohibited Accounts

You may not create an account or use ph08 services if you are:

• Under 21 years of age.
• A resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal.
• Self-excluded or otherwise barred from participating in gaming activities.
• Acting on behalf of a third party.
• An employee, contractor, or affiliate of ph08 or its game providers.
• A person with previous accounts closed due to terms violations.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph08 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and activities performed using your account credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Use

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization or that your credentials have been compromised, you must immediately notify ph08 customer support. ph08 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification

ph08 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your ph08 account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) using payment methods accepted by the platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other designated banking partners. You warrant that all funds deposited to your account are from legitimate sources and belong solely to you. ph08 does not accept third-party deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified alternative method approved by ph08. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ph08 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to 24–48 hours for bank transfers, subject to successful verification.

4.3 Fees and Charges

ph08 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers or banks may impose their own fees, for which ph08 is not responsible. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee structure before transacting.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

ph08 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Players are required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. ph08 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Betting

All bets placed on ph08 are final and cannot be canceled or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details (including stake amount, game selection, and odds) are correct before confirmation. ph08 is not liable for errors made by the player when placing bets.

5.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be void. ph08 will credit the original stake back to the player's account. Players agree that ph08's determination of a malfunction is final.

5.3 Irregular Play and Fraud

ph08 employs advanced fraud detection systems. Any irregular betting patterns, collusion, use of bots or automated systems, exploitation of software errors, or other forms of cheating will result in immediate account suspension, bet cancellation, and forfeiture of all funds. ph08 reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to law enforcement authorities.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational players and must be used in good faith. Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet bonus rollover requirements, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and potential account closure.

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Only bets meeting the specified criteria contribute toward wagering requirements. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Players may not withdraw funds until all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full. ph08 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if terms are not followed.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion requests are irreversible and cannot be lifted until the chosen period has elapsed.

7.3 Deposit and Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits through their account settings. Once set, limit reductions take effect immediately, while limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph08 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, audio, video, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ph08 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph08 content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ph08 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ph08 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ph08 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. In no event shall ph08's total liability exceed the amount deposited into your account in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your ph08 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by ph08

ph08 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or legal compliance requirements. Upon termination, ph08 will return your account balance minus any amounts owed or subject to dispute.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph08 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ph08 customer support to seek resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the complaint to ph08 management. ph08 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

12. Amendments to Terms

ph08 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the ph08 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of ph08 services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
